By accessing or using the Muvi platform, API, website, documentation, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Muvi ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or making any API request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Muvi is a Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform that provides unified API access to a variety of artificial intelligence models for video generation, image generation, and other media creation tasks. Muvi operates as an AI model aggregator, routing inference requests to upstream third-party providers (including but not limited to fal.ai, Replicate, Wavespeed, Runway, Minimax, EachLabs, and others).

As an aggregator, Muvi does not train, host, or directly operate the underlying AI models. Model availability, capabilities, and behavior are subject to the upstream providers' terms and operational status.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not share, transfer, or assign your account to any other person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that we reasonably believe are being operated in violation of these Terms.
Access to the Muvi API is granted through API keys generated in your dashboard. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your API keys.
The Service enforces rate limits on API requests to ensure fair usage and platform stability. Rate limits may vary based on your account tier, the specific model being used, and current platform load. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary request throttling (HTTP 429 responses). Systematic abuse of rate limits may result in account suspension.
Muvi operates on a prepaid credit-based billing model. You purchase credits by adding funds to your account balance. API requests are charged against your credit balance based on the model used and the parameters of each request.
Account balances and transaction amounts are tracked with micro-cents precision (1,000,000 micro-cents = $1.00 USD) to ensure accurate billing for API requests of varying costs.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits consumed by API requests (whether successful or failed due to user error) cannot be reversed. In cases where a job fails due to a verified platform error, credits may be restored to your balance at our sole discretion.
Credits may be subject to an expiration period as specified at the time of purchase or in your account dashboard. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
We reserve the right to modify model pricing at any time. Price changes apply to future API requests only and do not affect your existing credit balance. Current pricing is always displayed on the pricing page and API documentation.
API requests made with an insufficient credit balance will be rejected with an HTTP 402 response. No charges will be applied, and no jobs will be created.
Subject to applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI model providers, you retain ownership of the inputs (prompts, images, and other data) you submit to the Service and the outputs (generated content) produced from your inputs. By using the Service, you grant Muvi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs are non-deterministic. We do not guarantee that outputs generated for you will be unique or will not be similar to outputs generated for other users using similar inputs. You acknowledge that other users may receive substantially similar or identical outputs.
Muvi, its logo, branding, website design, API documentation, SDK code, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Muvi. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
Important: Muvi routes your API requests to third-party upstream AI model providers. Each upstream provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which may include provisions regarding the use of input and output data.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of remaining credit balance, and potential legal action.
You are solely responsible for all inputs you submit to the Service and all outputs generated as a result. This responsibility extends to any content generated by your end-users when you integrate the Service into your own applications or platforms.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Upstream AI model providers may also independently flag, block, or refuse requests that violate their content policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) OR UPTIME GUARANTEE UNLESS SEPARATELY AGREED IN WRITING.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUVI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MUVI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muvi and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and request deletion of your data, contact [email protected].
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credit balance may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations. For voluntary account closures, refund of unused credits is at our sole discretion. Following termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention practices, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notifying you via email or through the Service dashboard.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Muvi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration or bring a claim in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
